has recovered over $255 million in total hospital charges for our customers since its inception.
Total charges for the past 12 consecutive months have topped $112 million and looks to continue

e-Scan Data Systems, Inc. was created in collaboration with Medical Capital Recovery Inc. (MCR), a patient eligibility vendor.
In concert with MCR, their goal was to develop a more effective, efficient way of identifying billable hospital accounts.
Prior to the creation of e-Scan’s eligibility software, standard manual inquiry methods such as TDHConnect©, NAIS Hotline©, or Medifax EDI©
were the only option. e-Scan created a data mining tool that presents eligible Medicaid and SSI accounts to hospital staff and keeps
those billable accounts from going undiscovered and uncompensated.
The full potential of e-Scan software was realized when MCR applied it to all their referred accounts and discovered
thousands of accounts economically impractical to find otherwise. MCR tested and monitored the results for over 2 years,
allowing the e-Scan development team to refine the technology and exponentially increase the number of identified accounts.
